- Bookings must be made through the official website, email, or by phone.

- Full payment is required for booking confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking or UPI.
- Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Any modification to bookings, such as date changes or changes to the package, must be requested in writing at least 7 days before departure.
- Changes may be subject to additional charges based on availability and service provider policies.
5. Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid documents (passport, visa, etc.) for travel.
- The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or any issues caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transportation services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:
15-30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
2. Cancellation by the Company
If we are unable to provide the services booked, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative package.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation, subject to any third-party policies (e.g., airlines, hotels).
4. Non-refundable Items
Some services (e.g., special event tickets, customized packages) may not be refundable once confirmed.
Pricing Structure
We offer customized and pre-planned tour packages for popular destinations across India and abroad. All tours are customised as per our clients and no fixed rates can be determined. However we have a starting range of tours:
- Domestic Tours: Starting from INR 25000 per person
- International Tours: Starting from INR 75000 per person
